This local family business was incredibly helpful and friendly. Walked in and the owner gave me alot of information about my options. Much better pricing compared to other others and the quality of my shower door is great. Highly recommend them.

They did a beveled glass top on my table that was absolutely perfect. The service and customer care was awesome.

I found this company earlier this year and have worked with Essie and Creative Reflections on multiple projects. They not only have the best lead times in town, but they do quality work, are very responsive, and get us our quotes to us promptly. As a local interior design firm, we look for partners we can rely on and trust, and our glass vendor search stopped when we met CR. Look no further for all of your glass needs.

Creative Reflections recently replaced mirrors in two of our bathrooms and this company deserves 10 stars. Everyone we dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and personable. The installers were very respectful of our property. The pricing was competitive and the turnaround time from measurement to installation was fast. This company was a joy to work with. I highly recommend them. I already have another project in mind and when I’m ready they will be the company I contact to do the job.

The most friendly people and Absolutely amazing customer service. A quick turn around on my glass for a project. I will only go back to Essie and her team for all mirror and glass projects.

I had an urgent need to get a replacement piece for our master bath mirror and CR G & M stepped up and got this done and didn't gauge me on the price. This was my first time dealing with them but that didn't matter. This kind of customer service, attention to detail, and willingness to help is not common these days and highly recommend them.

I spoke to Essie on the phone about a matter I needed to resolve, and she was so incredibly sweet. I can tell she cares about her customers and I wish her the best of luck!

CRI is amazing! I took my mirror that was broken in a move from FL to them and they had it fixed within a day! My mirror looks perfect. Great prices, extremely friendly and helpful staff - 100% would do business with them again. Thank you!!

From the first in home consultation with the sales rep / measurement and design, thru ordering and install, very pleasant, precise and pleasant people. The glass design was perfect for our space and we are glad that we went with the Ultra Clear Guardian Glass - Shower Guard material. Costs were competitive with other providers in town. However, service sets them apart. We highly recommend them and their owners / staff.

My husband needed a piece of glass for an upright pinball machine He is building. The glass had to be absolutely perfect as there was no tolerance or clearance in the cabinet that he had built. The dimensions of the glass which is tempered had to be 100% accurate. When we picked up the glass it was absolutely 100% perfect! This is now the second time we have used them for a project and the glass was absolutely perfect. We highly recommend them for any project you may have!

We had 3 bathroom mirrors and 2 showers installed in a new construction home. They are a very professional company. Tara was great to help guide us on our choices. Matt did an excellent job with the installation! We are so glad we went with the ultra-clear glass in the showers. It's nice not seeing the green color that we see in other showers. It was well-worth the extra cost. They look beautiful! We highly recommend Creative Reflections!
